Hello there, I'm Rachelle Rico!
I grew up with wall portraits of myself in our home. These images served as conversation pieces for visitors. My mom will never know how special those portraits made me feel.
Fast forward, eight years into my photography business and 29 years as an educator, 2020 illuminated the hidden self-esteem and social emotional struggles many children were experiencing and continue to do so to this day. This realization has profoundly shaped my approach to the art of photography.
As a photographer, my goal is to establish a sense of belonging and confidence in the home. I believe that when children see their worth reflected in beautiful imagery, they can step into the world with their self-esteem intact. It's essential for them to know they are seen, valued, and cherished.
